Mallow Run Premium Beef is restaurant quality beef raised on our family farm in Johnson County.  Cows and calves roam on green pastures and are fed a balanced, natural diet of grasses, hay, and grains grown right here on the farm.

Dry-aged for 14 days before packaging

Fed an all-natural diet without hormones or unnecessary antibiotics
