Johnson County Professional Firefighters and WTHR’s Jennie Runevitch invite you to Mallow Run Winery for an evening of summer time family fun! Burn the Cork features food, drink, music, and fundraising all for a great cause… The youth of our community! Our 10th Annual Burn the Cork will benefit families and children affected by fire and several worthy Johnson County youth focused charities! $20 Early Bird General Admission tickets are available through May 31, 2023. $25 Advance General Admission tickets are available June 1 through noon July 14th, 2023. Burn the Cork 2023 General Admission tickets may also be purchased at the door the day of the event. Get your tickets early to save and help your firefighters raise vital funds for youth enrichment!
– General Admission at the door = $30 cash or $30 + processing fees for credit card.
Upgrade your Burn the Cork experience by purchasing Lounge on the Lawn tickets. $40 Early Bird Lounge on the Lawn Admission tickets are available through May 31, 2023. $50 Advance Lounge on the Lawn tickets are available June 1 through noon July 14th, 2023. And Burn the Cork 2023 Lounge on the Lawn tickets may also be purchased at the door the day of the event. Burn the Cork VIP Patio: Guests 21 and older will enjoy all the amenities offered at Burn the Cork plus comfortable seating on the covered patio offering a premium view of Poison Overdose and Motley Crucial! Delight in a delicious catered dinner by Smokehouse Catering Company and 2 glasses of Mallow Run Wine with dinner! You’ll also be able to enjoy and remember your Burn the Cork 2023 experience by taking home a VIP swag gift package and a bottle of Mallow Run Wine to savor with friends!

Burn the Cork 2023 Entertainment:
Your Firefighters are returning in 2023 for our 10th event, ready to raise lots of money for several worthy youth charities. We could not do this without bringing in great live entertainment. Playing everyone’s favorite 80’s Pop Rock hits, Poison Overdose and Motley Crucial will rock the stage all evening with a non-stop high energy rock experience! You do not want to miss this tribute to a couple of great rock TITANS!
We offer entertainment for the kiddos too with bounce houses, yard games, and Fire Department apparatus on display so the adults can enjoy the show with peace of mind that the little ones are safe and occupied with friends and fun at Burn the Cork!
Burn the Cork 2023 proceeds will be distributed to the following youth charities:
– Hoosier Burn Camp
– Johnson County Community Foundation; the JCCF facilitates a scholarship by JCPFF Local 4252 for graduating seniors seeking a post high school degree or certification.
– Fire Angels, INC
– Center Grove Bantam Football League.
– Franklin Education Connection

To help in our fundraising efforts, all attendees (18 and older) are welcome and encouraged to participate in our loaded silent auction and go for a chance to win a big cash prize from our 50/50 raffle, please bring cash for the raffle! New for 2023 the Firefighters of JCPFF Charitable Foundation will host their popular BOURBON GRAB, participants of BOURBON GRAB are guaranteed a bottle of bourbon! After 2022’s success, we are also bringing back the LIVE AUCTION! 2023’s event will offer lots of great fundraising activities for everyone to enjoy and have a hand in helping us raise those vital dollars for our community’s youth!
Burn the Cork 2023 is a rain or shine event, tickets are non-refundable. If the event is canceled due to any unforeseeable circumstance, ticket purchasers will be contacted with further information.
Parking is free or utilize our designated ride share drop off and pickup location!
