As you plan your visit please note the following road closure notice provided by the Johnson County Indiana Sheriff’s Office. From Friday Afternoon 4/5 to 4/9 CR 625 West (Smokey Row Road) will be closed to all traffic at the intersection with CR 144. Alternate access to and from CR 144 will be available at the Whiteland Road roundabout.
Eclipse Fest FAQ
What time do gates open?
Gates open at 11:00am. The event runs from 11:00am-5pm with entertainment from The Doo from 12:30-3:30pm.
What time will the eclipse happen?
You will begin to see the shadow approaching around 2:35pm, with totality around 3:05pm. Bargersville will experience 4 minutes of totality.
What if it rains?
Eclipse Fest is a rain or shine event. Tickets are non-refundable. If the event is canceled due to any unforeseeable circumstance, you will be contacted with further information.
How much are tickets?
Early-bird admission is $75 per vehicle through March 24th and will increase to $85 per vehicle on March 25th. Day of admission is $90 per vehicle if there are spots still available.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No. There will be someone at the gate checking in vehicles. Please provide your name at check in and they will assist you to a parking spot.
Are the viewing glasses certified?
Yes, each vehicle will receive up to 4 pairs of certified viewing glasses which meet the Transmission Requirements of ISO Filters for Direct Observation of the Sun.
Can I park my vehicle overnight ?
No. Vehicles are only allowed on the property for the duration of the event, 11:00am-5:00pm. Any vehicle left on the property before or after the event will be subject to towing.
Are RVs allowed?
No. Only vehicles that can fit in one parking spot are allowed.
Can I bring in my own food/beverage?
You are allowed to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside alcohol may be brought onto the property due to Indiana State Law.
Will there be food/drinks available?
Huckaby’s Smokehouse BBQ Steaks & Sweets will be on-site, and the Sycamore Bar will be available to purchase beer, wine, cocktails, and soda. Some additional snack plates such as fruit & cheese and charcuterie will also be available for purchase.

Your ticket grants admission to Eclipse Fest including live music from The Doo!, food truck eats from Huckaby’s Smokehouse BBQ Steaks & Sweets, refreshments from The Sycamore Bar, and up to 4 viewing glasses. One ticket grants one spot of parking.
