Club Pilates

at The Sycamore at Mallow Run

Join us for a mat Pilates class hosted by Club Pilates on Tuesday, June 13th at 6pm!

Pilates mat classes are a full body workout that increases overall strength and muscle tone, improves balance, flexibility, and posture. Workouts are performed on a mat on the floor and achieves results by using gravity and your body’s own resistance. This beginner friendly class is ideal for multiple fitness levels. So grab your mat and water and come experience the challenge of Pilates at The Sycamore at Mallow Run!

Registration is $15 and includes a full 45 minute Pilates class led by a professional instructor from Club Pilates and a glass of wine of your choice! Additional glasses will be available for purchase. The bar will be open from 5:30-7:30pm.
